The Bayside Broiler is Poulsbo's premier waterfront restaurant and lounge. With it's breathtaking view of Liberty Bay and the Olympic Mountains, it is the perfect place to enjoy a true Northwest dining experience.

Bayside Broiler offers a private Banquet Room for groups of 16 to 75 people with no additional room rental fee.  Seated service or open buffets.  Family reunions, Business Meetings, Birthdays, Wedding Receptions or rehearsal dinners. Allow us to cater your next event!

Call ahead so we can provide you with a discount to come in and sample
our irresistible lunch, dinner, or brunch.

Thank you for your interest in hosting a special event at Bayside Broiler!

Events at bayside Broiler are designed to make it simple for you.

Buffet packages range in price and selection to fit almost any budget or type of event.

For groups of up to 15 people, table service menus are available, either a full menu, or custom menu built just for your event. You can view our menu under the ‘lunch’ or ‘dinner’ tabs above. Or contact our event coordinator to build a custom menu just for you.

For Groups 16 people or more, our buffet menus are available.  Selecting
 your menu is simple and fun.

  • ·        Contact our Catering Coordinator to book the date  and time for your event.

  • ·        Select the Buffet package that fits the needs of your event.

  • ·        review the buffet menus, and select the items for your buffet

  • ·        Sit back and relax.  Our banquet staff with take care of the rest

  • ·        Would you like appetizers or a cocktail hour before the event

  • ·        Colors and Décor, our banquet staff can take care of almost anything.

All prices are per person and include coffee, tea, warm dinner bread and steamed seasonal vegetable.

A minimum of 16 people is required to set up a buffet.  Tax and 18% gratuity are additional

Baked Potato Soup  -   Made with bacon and cheddar cheese

Broccoli Cheese Soup - with sautéed broccoli tips and cheddar cheese

Chicken Tortilla Soup  -  pulled chicken and vegetables in a light tomato broth

 

Salads

Spring Green Salad  - with tomato wedges, sliced cucumber, red onions, croutons

Caesar Salad   -  crisp romaine tossed with our house made Caesar dressing and Asiago cheese

Pasta Salad  - with parmesan , Artichoke hearts, and tangy vinaigrette

New Potato Salad  -   Traditional summer salad with dill, diced green onion, and creamy dressing

Cedar Roasted Pacific Salmon   -  Roasted over Cedar planks

Traditional roasted Salmon  dusted with salt and pepper, then oven roasted 

Mango Glazed Chicken  Grilled teriyaki marinated chicken topped with a mango glaze

Mushroom Chicken  -   Roasted chicken topped with a mushroom cream sauce

Chicken Marsala  -  Chicken breast roasted with bacon, mushroom and marsala cream

Seafood Enchiladas  prawns, scallops, and shrimp folded into flour tortillas, baked with verde cream

Slow Roasted Beef Tri Tip  -   with red wine demi glace

Prime Rib of Beef  -   slow roasted or smoked -  5 dollar per person additional charge

Alaskan King Crab Legs  -   flash steamed - 10 dollar per person additional charge
